This following document sets forth the Privacy Policy for the following Ecsthetics® websites: www.ecsthetics.com, www.ecsthetics.com.au and www.ecsthetics.au.

Ecsthetics® is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.

​Ecsthetics® is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals.

1- Collection of your personal information:
 

• 1.1. There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Ecsthetics® customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information.
   

• 1.2. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.
   

• 1.3. By using, or accessing Ecsthetics® websites, you explicitly consent to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

2- Sharing of your personal information:
 

• 2.1. We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping.
   

• 2.2. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Ecsthetics® takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

3- Use of your personal information:
 

• 3.1. For each visitor to reach our site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing our website, page access times and referring website address.
   

• 3.2. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are using our website.
   

• 3.3. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices. Ecsthetics® reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time.
   

• 3.4. We define sensitive information as including, but not limited to, personal records and information, client measurements, all communications between the client and coach, client photos, client contact information, client address, and any other confidential client information not explicitly stated in this privacy policy.
   

• 3.5. Our data practices comply with the Provacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other relevant data protection laws applicable in Australia.

4- Online Coaching confidentiality:
 

• 4.1. All information shared between the client and coach, including personal information, medical history, and progress updates, will be kept strictly confidential. This information will only be shared with the coach or any necessary Ecsthetics® support staff and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third parties.
   

• 4.2. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of, your personal information. These measure include, but are not limited too: Secure serves, encryption and password protection. 
   

• 4.3. Any photos shared between the client and coach will only be used for the purpose of tracking progress and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third parties. If Ecsthetics® requires your photos for website or social testimonial, we'll ask for the client explicit written consent, prior to any form of publishing and/or sharing
   

• 4.4. Ecsthetics® retains personal information for a maximum period of 1 year during 'break periods' from the Ecsthetics® online coaching program and services (when clients aren't actively pariticapting in the program). In such cases, unless otherwise stated, the client's account will be designated as "inactive", and consequently, client information will become dormant state, excluding essential contact details, such as phone number and email.

5- Private Training confidentiality:
 

• 5.1. All information shared between the client and coach, including personal information, medical history, and progress updates, will be kept strictly confidential. This information will only be shared with the coach [Edward Chlela], and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third parties.
   

• 5.2. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorized access to, or alteration, disclosure, or destruction of, your personal information. These measure include, but are not limited too: Secure serves, encryption and password protection. 
   

• 5.3. Any photos shared between the client and coach will only be used for the purpose of tracking progress and will not be shared under any circumstance with any third parties. If Ecsthetics® requires your photos for website or social testimonial, we'll ask for the client explicit written consent, prior to any form of publishing and/or sharing
   

• 5.4. Ecsthetics® retains personal information for a maximum period of 2 years. In such cases, unless otherwise stated, the client's account will be designated as "inactive", and consequently, client information will be locked away, excluding essential contact details, such as phone number and email. 

 
6- Changes to this Privacy Policy:
 

• 6.1. We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately, upon posting. It is your responsibility to regularly check this Privacy Policy for any changes. Your continued use of our website (following the posting of any changes) constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use our website.
